it's moving out of northern virginia and maryland and that will be moving in tonight. but with the rain is coming a surge of very warm air. we've had record highs. trenton a record high of 65, allentown the same, reading 64, that's a record. poconos a lot of records going on at the ski resorts a record high of 58 degrees. philadelphia made it up into the mid 60's but our record is 72 so not quite a record here but right now you can see with this strong wind out of the south-southeast it's very warm inland. philadelphia 61, allentown, reading, trenton, 64 degrees. millville 56. notice, though, that ocean temperature 34. cape may with that wind off the ocean, quite a bit cooler, 45 degrees but still pretty warm for january standards. so, the next 12 hours we continue to get that rain. some of it will be heavy and once the arctic front blows through, temperatures dropping very quickly but until then, we'll be pretty mild generally in the 60's and 50's right past midnight. future tracker showing if you're heading out, it's friday night heading out to dinner maybe the movie
